Enter through the door by the alley and go upstairs, try to arrive 5-10min early.

This meeting is designed with beginners in mind, but everyone is welcome! If you're new to Refuge Recovery, it's a great opportunity to learn about the program and how it works. For those who have been part of Refuge Recovery for a while, this meeting is a chance to revisit the basics and strengthen your recovery foundation.

Our format will follow the standard meeting script but with shorter meditations and readings. This will allow more time for sharing and for newcomers to comfortably familiarize themselves with the process.
